Jose Luis Perales Biography

Spanish singer/songwriter José Luis Perales started getting involved in music at a very young age, playing lute and composing for the first time at the age of 16. While living in Sevilla, attending electronic classes at Universidad Laboral, José Luis Perales was captivated by songwriting, getting a record deal in 1970 after meeting Rafael Trabucelli from Hispavox. A song called Por Qué Te Vas, performed by Jeanette, became his first hit. Later, debuting as a singer with Celos De Mi Guitarra, a major local success, soon climbing on the most important charts throughout Latin America with romantic ballads such as Quisiera Decir Tu Nombre and Y Como Es El. ~ Drago Bonacich, All Music Guide

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
